We had booked 4 nights 2 bedroom apartment. It was absolutely brand new apartment.
Apartment was really nice with 2 balconies. All the basic amenities were available.staff at the desk was very helpful specially MS Mori. I was given free transport everytime to nearest BTS station, 7/11 store is next to the building so it was very convenient.
All the best to Raya Sukhumvit looking forward to staying with you again.

We stayed for a night during New year's eve. At first, it was hard to find taxi drivers willing to take us to this location and even then all the taxi drivers had a lot of difficulty in finding the serviced apartments.
We were surprisingly impressed with the Raya serviced apartments, the establishment is very new only 2 months old. Everything still has that brand new smell which was good. We stayed at the basic aparment, which was very spacious, clean and well designed.
The staff were all very nice and very helpful, they were also nice enough to offer us a ride to the nearest BST and hospital when we needed it.
The pool is nice and modern, gym and yoga area clean and well equipped. The pool was nice but due to the position and design of the building, you can hardly catch the sun to top up the tan.
Bed and pillows were a little uncomfortable for me but my partner doesn't mind them.
Very impressed with Raya and would definitely stay here again for a longer duration when we return to Bangkok. I would suggest the establishment to add some final touches like flowers and small decorations to add a little oomph and character to the place and a shop inside the property selling water, snacks and toiletries would also be really helpful.
Superfina rum för längre besök.. För par eller ensam resande. En bit att gå in till pulsen i sukhumvit men väldigt bra ställe..
